if I were in the market for a sedan. I need a wagon/SUV, so I bought the MDX a few weeks before the TLX came out. I love the torque-vectoring AWD system. The cylinder management system is awesome! I have worked out how to accelearate quickly then let the car nearly coast on 3 cylinders when on highway between 50-75mph, getting close to 30mpg on the 3-row SUV on 50+ mile highway trips; last two tanks of gas both returned 28-29mpg with mixed driving! That's on a 7-seater SUV. I can see the TLX sedan doing over 35mpg when you figure out how to drive it.
The 4-wheel-steering FWD TLX is a lot of fun too. The Acura implementations of driver's assist features, especially automatic lane keeping and radar cruise control with following and stopping, are very impressive.
