I'm not sure what you mean. Stiffer springs would spoil the ride. Maybe larger diameter springs with fewer coils? That would keep the same spring rate allow more deflection before the coils bottom out, but shock absorber travel or wheel motion might still be the limit on wheel suspenion travel. Progressive springs would allow a little more wheel travel at maximum load while preserving (unladen) ride quality, but I doubt it would really solve the problem. I don't know why carmakers don't routinely use progressive springs, seems like a no-brain solution to all sorts of ills, but they don't. Maybe it's a cost thing, maybe there's another reason.
Substituting the load leveling suspension to cure persistent camber problems is way above the pay grade for a zone rep. His level of decision making is
a) is the part broken
b) is it covered by warranty, and
c) if not, is there a case to be made for "good will" accomodation.
Add to that a little bit of "here's how far to go" in replacing parts. Like replacing rear calipers (on a 9-3SS) to correct excessive pad wear.
