I doubt you can get a broker to do this, a broker lives for the full commission they get from selling their own listings. To keep the full commission, bigger brokers are reluctant to show other brokers listings. They are not likely to split, in their mind give away, 1/2 the commission with an individual.
When buying a home, use a small realtor, they know they will have to split the commission and will readily show you all suitable houses on the market. When selling a home use the largest realtor in the area, they have the most buyers.
