Thanks for all the replies. I didn't mean for this to turn in to personal attacks, but as a public reply to the threat of my company being slandered online. I dont let people stand on my neck like that and think im going to hide from a situation. It is on all the other major SAAB forums too, with similar replies.

If I make a mistake, I fix it. If I did something wrong, I repair it. If I don't hold up my end of a deal, I make concessions. That's how I've kept people happy for so long and my business has succeeded.

I think I'll treat myself to an $85 sushi boat tonight.
