CarbonCombi's post sums it all up, I think.

Whiny crybabies with a sense of entitlement who refuse to take any personal responsibilty -- I can only imagine what it must be like to own a small business and have to deal with these people.

Chad, I think you can see the overwhelming support you have here. Hopefully, we'll let this thread end and stop empowering this a-hole.
