I know you think you're building your case for the "no reasonable alternative" element, but don't you have to prove that this part was the only one reasonably available, and if that's true, wasn't Chad justified in raising the price a little?

Are you still contending that an $85 markup is unconscionable?

You haven't really addressed why the anti-gouging law even applies without a "declared natural disaster."
