That is a good question. Now if the parties have adequate opportunity to present their views, I don't see any problem with it, especially when the transaction arose out of internet postings. There is nothing wrong with the court of public opinion if both parties have an adequate opportunity to express their views.
I tried to resolve this matter without going to the internet and sent an email directly to Chad. Anil apparently decides he would post on another website. I told him that since I had posted here for a part and Anil felt gouged, it was appropriate to do it here.
I think this is what happens now on the internet. People who feel scammed have a right to express their opinion. I don't like anonymous scamming because that can be libelous with no recourse. But Anil didn't do that, neither did I.
This is simply a contract dispute. Chad has his position and Anil has his.
