Sure you could do that. But would you counsel, if you were judge? Would you say yes the legislature gave us a specific example of when price gouging occurs, but price gouging is only limited to the specific example the legislature gave us? Or would you consider the legislature's example to be applicable to other situations as well and as a guideline for other situations?
Can you honestly say Anil does not have a valid legitimate defense when duress is a well established defense in the law and price gouging is just one specific kind of duress?
