Good question, why are you babbling on here when you don't know what you're talking-about. :) Just kidding, I know that I'm benefiting from the discussion.
In any case, I've posted dyno results from before and after a dp and full 3" compared to stock on numerous occasions. The burden is not mine to compensate for your unwillingness to search through old posts. Just do a search by my posts alone.
As for MAF, I think the point you're missing is that MAF by it's nature measures Mass Air Flow. More flow means more MEASURED Flow. What needs to be calibrated? If the engine VE goes up, the MAF output value goes up. If it goes down, MAF output value goes down. Are you confusing the installation of a higher capacity MAF sensor with what we're talking-about maybe? If that's the case, than yes, re-spanning would be absolutely needed. Maybe calibrated is not the word you want to use? Is the problem you've seen a result of insufficient sensor range maybe--and someone is adding some type of measurement offset? Or is it from simple incorrect measurement? If the sensor is reading correctly the computer knows how much air it's getting.
I don't know why you've had problems and I can't really see what the readings are for your A/F readings at the bottom. What are they at peak on the left and right? Depending upon the scale your variance might be okay. I do know that I haven't had any problems. Maybe it's the difference between 2.0 in my HOT and 235R Vig programming?
