"Did you know that power will go up as A/F gets leaner (less rich for you)"
Thats funny....12.0:1 is the best ratio for all out performance, i.e. a richer mixture (remeber its less than 14.7:1)...this is what we ran our record holding vw rabbit at (http://www.watercooled.com/all_motor)....I guess we were missing HP since we were running so.
Also, one thing to keep in mind here....that dyno chart shows an A/f ratio with a Wide-band o2 sensor(5V)....T7s use a narrow band o2 sensor(1V). If you think a narrow band o2 sensor can detect any of those slight changes in that graph, I go news for you....narrow band o2s only react to drastic changes...so for all intents and purposes that unless your talking about a engine management system using a wide band, this is pointless to talk about for the MP graph because there isn't enough change in stock vs. DP A/F mixture where there are difference to effect a narrow band.
So in this particular case this, with this graph, A/F ratio is a pointless discussion. Agreed?
