Example car nr. one

Car, time, reaction, jump start)
3351 15,83 0,68 0
3351 15,92 0,80 0
3351 16,08 0,69 0
3351 16,09 0,85 0

Same car same day, variation in time 0,26s, which equals your deviation quite well. Sorry dont know what trap speed for this car. In the future if you go to the strip do few extra pulls to rule out common deviation from your times.

I also know this, 9-3 Aero steg 1, rated Effect 260 Hp, so about the same as you at the time of your run 231Whp claim)

14.006 s
159 km/h ~99mph
maybe time does interest you, but does it matter. Could the time be repeated the next run, most likely not. What about trap? I could bet there is a whole lot less variation to that, than the time.

Then we got this (9-3 2.0T rated to 265)
1/4 Mile ET: 14.313
1/4 Mile MPH: 104.370

Yours:
1/4 Mile ET: 14.678
1/4 Mile MPH: 95.720
1/8 Mile ET: 9.592
1/8 Mile MPH: 76.740
60 Foot ET: 2.321

What was your 60Ft time for the slower run? How same was it?
Do I have slips for these cars, NO. Can I get them, maybe.

"I notice you've not addressed an eye witness account saying that my car is not surging or running lean"

Maybe I have written to much BS among with the other stuff, but where exactly did I say your car did run lean or suffered from boost spikes? You probably remember better? I dont have the time to read trough all of my post, but if you know where that text is, point it out. Like I said, I dont remeber, I may have so I'm not ruling anything out at the moment.

"Please be a man here Vigge, accept the responsibility of being wrong after you assumed the role of a T7 leader and teacher that you were not qualified to fill. And yes I will post my logs, ha ha, maybe you should tell me to post them some more and that will make me hurry-up and do it. :) I've told you that I will but I have to admit, I am taking a bit of perverse pleasure in watching your incredible antics--I may just wait another day or two depending upon whether you've had enough or not. Hey, here's an idea--in the meantime, do a search from some of my old posts where I'm talking about the data logger that I installed in my car. Do you think I have a data logger? Do you think that CJH rode in my car and witnessed that it's not running lean or experiencing boost surges as he posted above? Do you think that it matters if Jak didn't mention any surging after riding in my car? I've told you and I'm still telling you exactly what I'm going to do--and what you're going to see when I do it. Still you persist. The only logical way I can look at this whole debacle is that you must have received a 2X helping of stubborness and a half helping each of wisdom and logic at the beginning. In other words, you should learn when it is time to quit."

Like I have written several times, please post the data. I dont know you, nor have I rode in your car, so until I see the data I dont have any "usable" info about your car what so ever. I think it was days ago when I last pointed it out for you "if you want to prove a point, please provide data to go along with your statems". This is the only way we will get forward with this issue, fancy sentances and words by you just dont cut it. You're proving something here remeber?

About your 231 dyno plot, can you clarify what the lump in your cuve at 47mph is due to?. Also what does "standard smoothning:5" stand for? Maybe the Porsche shop can aswer your guestion about the smoothning?

About the data logger? I remember you saying something like this "I dont have one, mayby santa will bring one to me" Thats why I wrote "I can wait over x-mas for these results (airmass, ignition)

I may be stubborn over some issues, but you force me to be since you're not backing up your stories with no data what so ever. I have asked you once and now I will ask again, do you think these conversation would have gone to these lenghts if you would have posted your data to begin with?

"You seem to be upset here about something, when I am not upset in the least. Yes, people are leering. But like I said twice before in two different ways that you may have missed--I'm just giving you pleanty of opportunity to make a further ass of yourself in front of everyone."

Like I wrote to you in that other post, I'm not upset about enything, more likely I find this "funny". Open your eyes, what do you think the common "oppion" says about you at the moment, for taking part in a conversation like this what we are having at the moment. I can aswer what I people think about you, but if I where you I would not have my hopes to high on that ranking.

"And do you know what the really funny thing is here? Now that you've recanted your stance(s) from your original post we basically agree on the technical aspects of what we've been discussing. Never did I argue that a certain manufacturer was doing the correct thing. Do you realize that? My single and only point that remains to be proven is that Hardware Mods-Only do not ALWAYS cause a problem--like on my car for instance. "

Would "more likely" than not always be a correct statement? But until we have that data of your we are not at the "more likely" issue yet.

"You've done your best to make me responsible for a number of claims that I don't have anything to do with. But on the issues that concerns me and you, you're already wrong. So post again, people are leering--in fact they probably think I'm being cruel for taking advantage of your foolish stubborness."

Once again you have provided me an the others with your words, beliefs, feelings aso. But while you're at this think what the general oppinion will call you if your claims about 280hp in your car turns out to be a lie? It would make you a public lier, whose words cant be trusted.

"So more specifically, please demand data logs and berate me some more please, tell me I don't know what I'm talking-about again, tell me that I don't have the data that I have. And actually, I may try to make a little movie with my digital camera today of a nice long 2nd or 3rd gear pull all the way to redline--it would just be a shot of my gauges, but would you like to see that too? Does your offer to host some pictures include small movie files as well? Let me know--I'd love to have you host for me. And if you do respond, for goodnes sakes, please try to stay on the topic that you and I have been discussing (here's a hint, not MP). :)"

How many times do I have to aske, please provide the data. I can host what ever file you want me to do, car related of cource. I have the space, no problem. Yes a movie would be nice. Maybe something like 2000rpm to rev limiter in third, also fourth if you find a "closed track". Also fifth gear acceleration from about 2500rpm up to where ever would be nice.

Ok I will stop asking you about MP, I think the man just "said it all" in his reply to my post "aswer this once and for all".

If you need that webspace, send me an email through this board and I will give you the details.
