We can keep going around and around as long as you feel up to it, but keep in mind that your original statments have already been proven wrong.
I see you're talking PID again in another post, keep in mind that PID means something very specific. A bird does not equal red, but a bird can be red. See?
Drew dear, could it be the other way around? Or why the negative tone all sudden? What exactly have you proven with your statements? Could you clear this one out for me, since I'm having a hard time believing you have proven anyting to anyone yet.
You say that you hava a car that puts down 280hp or so hp and it works perfect with original SW and all those mods. I have hard time believing this since, no "actual" data is being posted by you. If we look at your trap speed from your 1/4 mile run its slower than a bone stock viggen with far less hp? Hmm, I wonder why. Could it be that you are not telling as all that you know??? Or mayby you dont know your just assuming that all with your car is fine.
Maybe you find it hard to admit that you might have the wrong info after all, not me. I dont speak english as my native language, so try at lest to undertand what I'm trying to tell you, even though terminology is not 100% correct. From your post I get the picture that you dont even want to understand how T7 funcktions to begin with. Yes, you know what your talking about, but if you dont understand the basic logic you will never understand why certain changes will happen when Hw parts are swapped with original SW.
Next we can talk about dynos, my friend dynoed his 205hp (same engine as your, this is not the same car that had the crazy boost reading, but an another one) T7 to 250hp and 330Nm. See pic below. Do you think he or I believed that that result is the correct number for that car? Then there is that other T7 with the new DP. Look for your self and see the boost and A/F graphs, what do they tell you. Everything is "all right" right?
What happened with Philips viggen It put down more hp and Torque, but did it funktion properly? No, I dont think so either. Power and torque was gained, that was or logic of a "well done" tuning job? Like a wrote in one of my previous posts that I guess that I look at results from a different perspective. I rather drive a car with 10hp less than create a car that will behave like shxx. Next step would be to take the car for a spin and measure real performace, like interwals. You dont drive your car with dyno numbers, what happens on the road and track counts. And as we know there are 300hp car and 300hp car, the only difference is that the real 300hp car will actually move compared to the "dyno queen".
Dont get me wrong I'm not trying to force any info on enybody. I believe in the states there are plenty of other forums that are more suitable for that. But for a company being it large or small places an "advertisent" campane on a lie, is a no no. I think it is great that more people do supplie parts for saabs, there can never be enough of them. But this does not make it right to spead some what dabetable results and info on public boards.
But hey, if you still feel like you have proven a point, please let me know what it is. I still dont see facts, so I will be waiting. And like you said no hard feeling. I'm perfectly fine in what ever you choose to do with your car.
