More testing this morning.
After replacing the APC solenoid hoses, it's getting 9psi and holding it there before the engine comes up to full temperature.
Once warm, it's getting up to 8psi and holding it a little longer before knocking it back, but only if I build boost gradually. If I floor it, it knocks it back as soon as I reach 8psi.
The vacuum gauge has moved up to 19hg at idle. Baby steps...?
This is all on California 91 octane.
With regards to fueling, when I did the fuel pump volume over 30 seconds test, I got 900ml in the 30 seconds, but I also got fuel coming out of the disconnected return hose. Quite a bit.
Fuel rail is at 36psi fuel pump running with engine off, falling to 33 over 10 mins. It's at 35 psi at idle engine on. When pinching the return line, pressure rises quickly. It stayed high and didn't equalize on the gauge until I shut it down, relieved the pressure in the gauge and started it up again. It went back 36psi.
I'll check the plugs once they cool. It's hotter than hades in there. Ha ha! Hopefully they're fat and happy!
