So...
It's still pinging, cutting back at 7psi with the APC connected and I'm now hearing what I believe to be some rod knock.
It's really frustrating since with electronic testing everything appears to check out.

Thanks everyone for contributing to this, but I'm done for now. I have to draw the line at some point. I'm starting to think that perhaps this is a little beyond my experience/abilities.

If anything changes I'll update. Thanks again. This is truly an amazing community and I really appreciate you all taking the time.
