Yeah if anything they are on the lean side, hardly any tan at all but not so lean that I'd suspect a performance issue. More than anything else they look awfully "clean" to me...do you think they're getting steam cleaned? All four of them? That would suggest coolant getting into the induction system rather than a damaged HG or something that would only effect one cylinder. Back to the H2O cooled turbo OR a leak in the throttle body cooling circuit? That would almost have to be a crack in the TB.
How about that silly PCV hose that has the coolant pipe running through it? One pinhole in that little steel pipe puts coolant right into the intake. If the PO was running straight H2O that little pipe could be pretty rusty.
