Clarion CD Changers and OEM CD Changer Housing

I have a 97 900 SE Turbo. When I purchased (actually leased) the car, the
dealer installed an Clarion CD changer (instead of the saab cd changer);
it's not a big deal and appears to work fine. However, whoever installed
it (the dealer claims a third party did it) did not use stainless steel
screws, and now I have four rusting wood screws in the back of my car.

I've tried to get whoever is responsible for this to clean it up, but it's
not really worth my time to hunt them down.

What I'd like to do is replace the clarion cd brackets (two brackets on
either side of the CD) with the 97 OEM cd housing, which appears to cover
the entire cd changer unit. Has anyone had any experience with something
like that? Also, does anyone know the correct way to mount the OEM
mounting kit?

Thanks,

KK
