YES, YES!!!...my car does this! (99 9-3 base car)

My situation is as follows:
- constant throttle position.
- constant speed.
- mild turbo boost;turbo guage just below zero pressure (still in the
white).
- like going up a long gentle hill; always on the highway at speed.
- engine stumbles intermittently; feels like a misfire.
- repeatable.

My sence is that the car is 'hunting' between ignition maps. The combination
of variables is such that the ignition logic is switching between 2
different programs.

It is repeatable, and is only a mild annoyance. A little more or less
throttle and it goes away. 

I have not told my dealer, because I know the answer will be empty; '...it's
not broken, we can't fix it....'

If there is a SAAB Service Bulletin for new ignition logic, or something
very similar, then I might have the dealer do the update.
