I posted a question about this in Dec. 1997 (11454). I can't find the
responses in my own archive of tsn, and the on-line archive is down right
now (maybe I just got e-mail responses which are long since deleted).

In any case, IIRC, the answer for my 91 900 was that the switch itself was
not expensive but the job was not particularly easy -- especially the first
time. However the description was phrased, it caused me to decide not to
try it myself. I think it ended up costing about US$200 or so to replace
the switch.
