Removing Brake Disks

I need to remove my front and rear brake disks to have them turned down. The
front disks are held on by recessed posidrive screws that are damn hard to
remove. Spraying liberal amounts of liquid wrench, rapping with a hammer,
and using my variable torque drill cant seem to break them loose. I dont
want to overpower the drill because if the screw bit slips, the screw heads
could become worn down, really making them useless... Can anyone suggest
other methods of removing these beasts? I seem to remember reading that
after the screws are out, some sort of press is needed to remove the disks.
True? How are is the disk to be reinstalled?

How are the rear disks removed? I didnt see any posidrive screws....so I
assume they are like most 'normal' cars.....(i.e. bearing cup on a threaded
shaft, held by lock nut (& cotter pin type arrangement?).

Thanks for your help

John
