Whether 205/55-16 will fit depends on the car. They will not fit on the
pre-Aero 9000s (that is, the '91-92 9000T) as the tires hit the trim
mounting studs inside the fender, and even if the studs are trimmed back
they'll still rub occasionally. I can't speak for the 900. In any case,
since the 205/55 is taller you can expect some reduction in acceleration
performance.

I've heard some good things about the P7000 SS, but I have no need for the
all-season capability and generally do not like the impact that all-season
tires have on grip.

We've got PZeros on our 9000 right now and I love them - I can't say how
long they're going to last, but I don't expect any tire I buy to last more
than 24K miles anyway.
