The dealership is Garage GILCON, in Heverlee, near Leuven.
I do highly recommend them, even now.  This was a stupid mistake,
and a costly one for them, but they have always been more than
reasonable in whatever dealings I have had with them.
When I saw the first pictures of the NG 900 convertible, I fell in love,
and while being an Audi driver at the time, one day I walked in,
a young guy (I was 26, but okay...), and asked all about the 900.
They immediately loaned me a 900 5d with the V6 engine that I
was interested in, for several hours of test driving, without asking
too many questions and no proof of identity whatever...
Then, after driving my convertible for several months, I wanted
to buy a used car to do most of my daily driving and conserve the
convertible.  I checked out numerous second hand car dealers, and
different brands, but ended up buying a 1991 9000 CD from them
as they were the only ones offering a 1 year-warranty.  And I have
since bought two more 9000's from them, and each time something
was wrong, they fixed it, no questions asked.  Even something as
silly as a blown out light bulb was fixed, gratis.
So, bottom line, they are a good dealership, but no one is always perfect.
