Keyless Entry

I have a 93 9000 cse that I would like to put a keyless entry system
on.  I've asked the local Saab dealer if they can do it.  They don't,
won't and refuse to say if it can be done at all.  I had an 87 9000T
that I put a keyless system on, although the locking mechanism
occasionally got out of sync with the alarm arming system, which was
supplied by the keyless unit and thankfully replaced the original Saab
unit.

If the key locks the doors and turns on the alarm as it does in my 93,
isn't there a way to have the add-on keyless system do the same and not
replace my existing alarm?

I'm in the SF Bay area dealing with the Good Guys who feel they can
'chop into the central locking block' and add the keyless unit.  I've
driven Saabs for years and I know that if there is an oddball way to
factory install an alarm unit, Saab will use it.  My 87 9000 came to me
new with a passive alarm system that gave me 10 seconds to unlock, get
in, and start the car before the alarm went off.

Any help is appreciated, especially if someone has done this in the Bay
area.
