Dead Car

My saab 900 (8 valve) is having a little problem. While driving on the
interstate my Saab just died. I was low on gas but not out (I think). I
have just added in some gas and cannot get this puppy cranked up. The
engine will turn but not catch and start.

To add to this problem my car would at times while doing a rapid
decelration, say on the off ramp, my car would just die if I had the clutch
pressed in. If this clutch is out the engine would stay on but would seem
to starve for gas. The car would shutter a little and but would evetually
stay one or if I let the clutch go she would restart.

Any suggestions.
