 I'd like to piggyback on Greg's question.   My car just started doing the 
same thing sort of.  When I start it in the morning, I can barely get it to 
idle.  After I get it going it will stop everytime I come to a stop.    The 
bad thing is that I just spend $1500 bones on having it serviced before 
MOVING to VA.  

They cleaned and adjusted the throttle body housing and also replaced some of 
the vacume lines.   I noticed that the throttle cable has lots of slack in 
it....(I can move it over 1inch).     

I don't hear a hissing sound of a vacume leak though I did notice one 'port' 
on the bottom of the throttle housing does not have a cap or hose on it.  I 
capped it but didn't notice a change in idling.     What's should I check 
next?
