I've never replaced the oil drain plug in my '866 900S.
I believe my mechamic replaces it when he does an oil change about once a
year (no, I don't change the oil once a year, just let my mechanic do it
during the winter, along with an annual inspection).
In addition, I never replaced the washer on my '78 Turbo, nor on my '69
Dodge Charger.
Since they are made of brass (or copper), they are soft and will
accomodate small imperfections in the seal. If it is leaking, I suggest you
first try carefully cleaning all relevant surfaces before re-installing.
If you do feel a need for a new gasket, go to a plumbing supply house and
buy a few of various obvious sizes. One will fit, and the others can go
into your spare parts bin.
