ACC Fan & Heated Seats

A few weeks ago I replaced the blower motor in my 9000T and all was fine.
Now, however, the fan will not come on again, although voltage applied to
the motor leads drectly shows the motor works normally. The fuse is also
intact. The lights all come on on the ACC panel and the heater still puts
out heat when the car is at speed, and temperature control still functions.
I have a feeling that the heated seats are also not functioning. Any help
in diagnosis would be appreciated. Is there perhaps a relay behind the
fuse panel that could be the culprit?
Thanks,
Geoff Barst
