One question that occurs to me is: why is this '95 Aero engine available?
Is it because the car it was in has been written off, or because it itself
was written off and has been refurbished for resale?

Just a thought.

On the face of it, it sounds like a good idea. (But please note I am an
owner and user, *not* an expert!)

Could you offer your engine in part-exchange? (Or is that already part of
the deal, only you didn't realize it?)

HTH (but doubt it!)
