First eliminate the usual suspects: at this mileage, it should have new
plugs, new air and fuel filters. Verify that the motor mounts are good (if
a 'liquid filled' mount goes bad, it will transmit the low-frequency
vibrations that it is meant to eliminate), and that the car computer thinks
it's working correctly.
