Seatbelt Repairs

Shortly after bringing in my 1989 3dr Turbo to get an estimate for
replacing the loose passenger shoulder belt tensioner, my driver side
tensioner stopped working at all!  Now it has been sucked into the reel
almost entirely and won't come back out.  So now I am left with a car which
is past inspection,  has non-functioning automatic seatbelts, and no
shoulder belts! Needless to say, some repairs need to be made ASAP.  Buying
a tensioner from the dealer will run at $250 each according to Charles
River Saab so I've started to look elsewhere, but have unable to find a
Saab with seatbelts/tensioners in decent condition.  CR Saab said that it
would not be possible to open/repair the existing units.  Can anyone
confirm?  My question therefore is two part;

1) Does anyone know a good location for used/replacement manual
seatbelts/tensioners, etc as I plan to convert my automatic seatbelts in
the near future, as well.

2) Is there anything I should know which can cause problems while
removing/replacing the tensioners?  It looks like I may need to pull the
center console in addition to the seats?

Any input/tips would be greatly appreciated!
