First thing is to replace the wires with 'Bougicord' (original Saab type)
or 'magnecore'.  Bosch is the German word for 'AC Delco' (huh, did I say
something anti GM? Nah...).  Next try the resistor version of the plugs, if
that doesn't work, BCPR7ES (or BCPR7EV)

When that doesn't work, you need to work on your antenna grounds.  Make
sure the antenna is grounded well to the body, replace the antenna lead
(the only sure way I know to check for a bad one), buff the antenna
connector surfaces, and finally strip back an inch of the outer sheath on
the antenna lead - a couple of feet from the antenna end connector -  and
*carefully* crimp a large ring connector to it, and bolt the ring connector
down to the antenna mount.
