No Turbo Boost

Last week I got an oil change at one of the quick oil change places in NYC.
After leaving, I realized that I wasn't getting any turbo boost. The
engine was running fine otherwise. I couldn't find anything blatantly
wrong, and neither could the guy who changed the oil (but of course, he was
not a Saab mechanic). The needle on the boost gauge stays on the white
dash just below the yellow. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I
should look at? I'm hoping that the guy who did the oil change just knocked
a something out of place, like a hose. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. Otherwise, I'm off to my real mechanic.

Thanks,
Eric Guba
