Jules and Matthew wrote of their experience in PA. Lessons learned,
unfortunately, the hard way. Valuable information, nevertheless, for
the rest of us, and anyone in those areas will be better prepared now
when seeking service for their Saabs.

I'm currently in the process of collecting info from New England
Saabers regarding their experiences and advice about sales and service
in the northeast. We're putting together a list of Saab owners' tales
of satisfaction (and woe in some cases) to try and provide a resource
for others in the region. Most appreciated would be constructive
tips/good experiences - this isn't attempting to be a compilation of
slams - but if your experience was truly substandard, and you believe
it's consistently the case, then please submit this as well.

Please respond privately, off-list, so as not to clog the saabnet
arteries.
