9000s with AC and ACC should have the second fan in front of the radiator
pack, and this fan is bolted to the condencer. I believe that it was taken
off during a repair work on your car before you have bought it and that the
wiring harness is 'hiding somewhere' at the left lower side, as the harnesses
for cars with AC are different. The relays of both fans are located in the
fuse and relay box in the engine compartmet next to the battery. Hot markets
also had the 9000 with a 2 speed fan an the radiator with an output of 330
watts compared to the 150 watts of the single speed fan in the cooler
markets, and the 2 speed fan has also a different thermoswitch and of course.
The temprature that the system will develop is adjustable, but it not wise to
try it before you will have the extra fan.
Good luck.
