Rough Idle Cure

I've been curing a rough idle issue ever since I replaced the motor
mounts (especially upper). This time I replaced the automatic belt
tensioner assembly and it helped a lot, infact the idle is now very
smooth on a warm engine.
The old tensioner is definatly faulty. The rubber boot has a small hole
through which all the hydraulic oil has escaped and results as
continuous vibration and a 'jingle bell' sound at some situations (ACC
compressor starting, releasing clutch at low rpms). The vibration has
also caused the needle bearings to grind slots the shaft so the tensiner
can't move freely.
Cold engine is still a bit rough an I suspect a leaking injector.
