Only one I can think of is to use 205-55-15 size instead. Note that
195-60-15 tires are typically 'measured' on a narrower rim than 205-55-15.
Since you are (obviously) using the rim you have, the *installed* width of
the 205-55-15 will *not* be 10 mm wider than the installed width of the
195-60-15. The section width changes 0.4' per inch of rim width. Assuming
that the 'measuring' width is 1/2 (12.5 mm) different between the two
sizes, then the difference in the installed width between the two tires is
just 5 mm, or 2 1/2 mm per side. The tread, however, would be
substantially wider. 205-55-15 have the same load rating and approximately
the same diameter as 195-60-15.
