Trailer Hitch Installation

Need some help! I've purchased a trailer hitch from e-bay for my 1997 SE =
Turbo, a SAAB original part and designed for this vehicle, but it came =
without specific installation instructions. The apparent problem is there =
is no hand room to install the three bolts holding the hitch to the inside =
of the rear bumper for the vertical brace, and no pre-drilled holes in the =
bottom of the spare tire well for the horizontal brace. Does anyone know =
if access holes need to be drilled through the inside of the tire well for =
the vertical brace, and if so where I might get a template or otherwise =
locate those holes and those for the horizontal brace? Also, the lighting =
kit that came with the hitch was made by Draw-tite, not SAAB. Does anyone =
know if it will work OK with the OBDII computer on this vehicle? Thanks =
in advance for your assistance.
