Are you sure the turbo is 'free'? Remove the inlet duct/hose to the
compressor end of turbo and reach in and see if you can turn the compressor
wheel. if you can't, you obviousily need to replace the turbo. Had one fail
that way on a 93 9000, with no warning...no squeek, smoke, or whatever.
