In order to get access to that side of the engine, you have to remove the
inner fender, which will expose the area quite nicely. I assume this is a
9000.....Jack up the right front end, remove the wheel, feel around the lip
of the fender for screws protruding inward. Remove the nuts. Follow the
inner fender to it perimeter and you should find 3-4 ? bolts (I don't recall
exactly how many) that hold it to the chassis. Remove those, and wiggle out
the inner fender. BTW, it will be helpful to make a tool to keep the
tensioner in place once you compressed it...The Haynes manual has a template
for such a tool, if I recall correctly...it is a piece of metal, ~ 6 inches x
1.5', about 1/4' thick, with two bolts 1/2' x 2' separated by about 4 inches.
