9-5 Suspension Upgrade

I live in Rochester, NY USA and own a '99 9-5 (non-Aero). I bought the car
about one year ago and just now, decided it has a soft suspension and
significant 'roll' when cruising around town. On the highway, there's no
issue. It's gotten to the point that I need to find a solution or I'm
selling it. I love the car but my wife and daughter claim they get motion
sickness (I contemplated selling them first but found the depreciation worse
on the Saab :)

I was hoping Saab would offer an Aero suspension upgrade but our dealer here
in Rochester say's no. The main reason for considering this approach was to
(hopefully) minimize the possibility of ending up with an 'unknown' or
'stiff' ride. I understand after-market components (Eibach springs, Koni
struts) are available but I have no experience with these products. It
appears anti-roll/sway bars are only available from Saab.

I'd like to hear from others who have completed this type of upgrade. I'm
first interested in reducing the 'roll' and not too disappointed with
steering. My guess is that changing the sway bars would be the first step.

I have a few questions to ask:

o Do standard 9-5's come with both front and rear sway bars?
o Has upgrading the front/rear sway bars reduce the rolling significantly?
o In the US, is the sway bar only available from Saab (the dealer calls it
an H-type sport bar)?
o Are poly bushings recommended (one technician claimed they were unreliable
with short life)? What's a good manufacture?
o What improvement is gained when upgrading the front/rear struts?
o Is the only benefit of upgrading the springs to change the chassis height?

Any other comments would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards
