Here is my dilemma, I'm looking at buying a 9000 vintage 94-98 for a max of
$15,000 US. I want the following features in the car I buy.

5 spd
Turbo
Sunroof/Moonroof
200 hp at a minimum

I had decided on a 9000cse and am planning on looking at a '94 up in San
Francisco Bay area. There is also a '96 cse in Bulington Vt. that looks good
as well. Both of these have around 66,000 miles on them.

I've been advised to look at a CS as well.

Which of the CSE's do you think would be a better more reliable car, and
would I be able to get the same performance/features from a CS of any
vintage?

Thanks

Craig
