Thanks to the people who responded about the impact screwdrive in removing
those pesky screws that hold the disks on in my 1981 turbo.
Neatest device I've come across in quite some time....But...yet
another issue.....
So I get the screws off and try to remove the front disk..hmmm, of course
I need to remove the caliper...no big deal....I locate the 19mm hex screws
on the 'back' of the caliper..and...push and push...THEY WONT BUDGE! Both
the Saab factory manuals and haynes give no indication of them being
reverse threaded (why should they be?) but I can't seem to remove these.
Am I working on the correct screws? I believe I am...so what is the trick
to remove these???? I added a 14' 'extension' to my 1/2' socket wrench and
still no budge. Suggestions? help.....

TIA
John
