Go to www.obd-2.com and check out the scan tool they sell. $122 for the =
ISO interface. I have used this on my '99 9-5 and it works great. This =
should work on any Saab '96 or later since they are required by Federal =
law to have the OBD-II diagnostic interface.

I have not had to troubleshoot any problems on my Saab yet, but I have =
helped two friends with Toyota and Chrysler products. In both cases, =
the diagnostics indicated mis-firing of a specific cylinder. In both =
cases, they had bad plug wires. The scan tool also lets you reset the =
Check Engine light.
