November 3 Tech Session with John Moss

Greetings, one and all!

It's under a week until the Tech Session with John Moss, and there is 
a little extra info to go around.

We have decided to have a Charity Auction during the day. Time will 
be either lunch time or after the sessions are complete, that's yet 
to be determined, and it depends on how much stuff John and I can 
come up with. Donations are welcome...

All proceeds will go to one the relief organizations in New
York for the victims of September 11. I've chosen the Port
Authority Police World Trade Disaster Survivor's Fund. Several of their
members were killed there, and the wife of Port Authority cop works with
me (He's fine).

We like to keep the contents of these auctions a surprise, but 
reliable information has it that there will be at least one set of 
wheels, and at least one set of e-code headlamps (which could be for 
a 99, 900 or 9000!).And some V-4 parts!!! Please be generous in your 
support of this charity auction. Checks made payable to the fund are 
acceptable, as is cash.

Some parts will be new, others 'previously owned'...

The basic and simplest directions are thus:

Find your way to Interstate 91 in Connecticut. I-91 runs north to 
south in the center of CT, with New Haven at it's southern end, 
Hartford in the middle (roughly) and Springfield, Massachusetts at 
the north end. I-91 meets I-95 at New Haven and I-84 at Hartford.

Take I-91 to exit 15 for Route 68. You want to go WEST from here, so 
it's a left turn if you were coming from New Haven, and a right turn 
if you are coming from Hartford.

You will travel approximately 1.5 miles to Barnes Industrial Park 
Road. There is a light, and there will be a small 'SAAB' sign on the 
grassy knoll to your left. Turn LEFT onto Barnes Industrial Park 
Road. The training center is 1/2 mile on your LEFT. Please park in 
the front parking lot. You have to go almost past the building to 
enter the lot. Look for the flags!
