Power Outlet & Cell Phone Installation

In my Gary Fisher wagon, I have the trunk-mounted 12V outlet. Does anyone
know how to wire this so that it is always on. As it is now, I have to
turn on the car to get power to it.

Cell phone -- Thanks to the many people who responded to my cell phone
question. I bought the Nokia handsfree kit from Criterion Cellular and
then got the dealer to install it for free during the 1000 mile oil change.
They installed an exterior antenna on it that looks like the comm badge
from Star Trek, no aerial, a flat GPS-like patch. Way cool.
