Right Fender Area Rattle

I think that may have been a couple of emails about this but I can't remember
what the solutions were. Does anyone have any suggestions about what might
cause a rattling noise that seems to be coming from somewhere around the
front left fender or perhaps suspension. It occurs whenever I go over a bump
in the road. Other than the rattling nothing else seems abnormal - steering
and suspension feel fine. The tie rod ends of the car were replaced a couple
of months ago.

Btw, if anyone hears a whining, rasping noise from the right front side of
the engine compartment, have the pulleys for the serpentine belt checked
pronto. I ignored such a noise for a couple of days and was rewarded with a
siezed pulley and broken belt - stranding me 100 km from the dealer. I'm not
ignoring odd noises again.
