When you find the price, you will be motivated to replace only the bad one...

Run the engine for a bit, then (turn it off and) pull the valve cover.
With a big screwdriver, try and pry down on the valve lifters. If the
lifter is good, it will feel solid. A bad one will mush down.

Another good idea might be to pull that oil supply tube and make sure it
isn't blocked.
