I have a 9000 2.3 Turbo manufacturing 1991 it is a B234L4M13 engine with
200Hp
As I was accelerate I get a loss of power.
Since this the turbo don't work.
I was in the service & the mechanical say I should purchase the 3 way
solenoid valve.
But I have the impression he don't know what the error is.
I try to investigate: If I start the engine the vacuum is immediately on
the dumper flap
membrane and the flap is full open.
To push the gas pedal I need more power as before.
Is no error on the dashboard showed.
The car will not really accelerate better as an old truck.
The Max speed only aprox 130 Km/h
If I disconnect - during run the engine - the connector  to 3 way
solenoid valve dosn't
happened.
If I disconnect the connector to solenoid valve (near accumulator)
doesn=92t happened.
If I disconnect the connector to Solenoid valve (mounted on firewall)
the engine stopped
with CTR failure.
If I disconnect the vacuum hose from this valve the inlet valve will
close but the engine
run as before.
Any help are welcome.
