Cleaning Headlight Lenses

The headlight lenses on my 1989 900S have become 'cloudy' on the inside
over time; I'm guessing that the seals around the lenses have developed
leaks, as I see condensation inside of the lenses during rainy weather.
The lenses seem to be sealed to the housing with a rubber sealant. I
can remove the bulbs from the rear of the headlight assemblies to gain
very limited access for cleaning the inside, but is there any way I can
remove the glass lens from the housing? Failing that, is there a
chemical and/or procedure to clean the inside of the lenses?
