You are truly a Saab maniac!

It's hard to guess your oil pressure problems, but I do not think that
the problem is serious.  I think you need to do some diagnostics by
connecting a pressure gauge closer to the oil pump and see what is
happening there.

Some things that may be the problem:

   Pressure relief valve in the pump opening because of too much
   restriction at the remote oil filters.

   Cold oil in the sensor line.

   Competition oil may not flow well when cold.

Also, let me venture an opinion on Slick-50: you are wasting your
drachmas.  Although the magic ingredient of Slick-50 is Teflon (PTFE)
it's inventor (DuPont) has refused to allow the association of the
Teflon name with any automotive oil additive.  Apparently in all their
tests, the Teflon has had no effect.  I have heard of a similar
product, Tufoil, that had a serious incompatibility with Castrol oil,
causing the destruction of my friend's Lotus engine, but this was many
years ago and not likely to be related.
