For a 1981, there is no presswork involved. You remove the two
screws, remove the pads & caliper, and remove the disc.

To get the screws loose, use one of those hammer-blow torque things.
You can probably pick one up at a local auto parts for under $20. It
usually has screwdriver bits. Use the right size bit (phillips is
close enough. You won't be reusing these, anyway - oh get new ones
from Saab), press it in hard with the device, then hammer the end of
the device. Usually, they loosen in about three to 5 raps, and are
hand tight.

When replacing, use never-sieze on the threads, under the hat of the
rotor (esp. around the hub center hole), and on the taper of the
little screws. Don't worry about these too much. Mostly they just
locate the disc. The lug nuts & wheel hold the rotor on...

If the hammer torque thing doesn't work, you'll have to drill it out,
then ez-out the remainder of the screw.

Oh - the new screws you get from Saab will be Torx head.

Exact same deal as the front. There is a hub & bearings in there, but
you don't need to take that apart to get the rotor off.
